About Job
- Develop sales of assigned products and meet sales targets on Monthly & Quarterly basis.
- Plan the weekly, monthly, quarterly visits and stay engaged with customers – existing and new.
- Deploy and execute go to market strategy and agreed action plan for product(s) within region in discussion/liaising with Sales Head.
- Master technical aspects of assigned products to propose adapted solutions to customers
- Engage directly with the End Users (or distributors) to win specific business opportunities or projects where specific and core expertise is required.
Take direct account management responsibility on specific market segments driven by particular technical solutions.
- Review Team performance on a periodical basis and recommend action in order to meet the plan.
- Communicate market needs & trends to Product Marketing team.
- Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy for the assigned product and territory.
Candidate prerequisites
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant territory and selling Capex/Safety/Engineering products.
Engineering / MBA graduate will be preferred.
