Our client, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical firm, is looking for a Head of Sales (OTC) to be based out of their New jersey office.
As the Head of Sales for the US market, Person will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy and operations for OTC products across the United States. This role will be crucial in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the OTC market in the USA.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy tailored to the USA market.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and monitor sales budgets and forecasts.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and outcomes.
- Increase sales of ARV
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Enhance customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Address customer issues and queries in a timely and effective manner.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture.
- Nurturing and grooming the young talent to boost the sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in the OTC or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the USA OTC market, regulatory environment, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
